Satguru Sirio Ji is a unique Surat Shabd Yoga master from Tuscany with over 50 years of complete dedication to the spiritual path. He shares this inner wealth selflessly, with the sole intention of being of help to others. This guided meditation will start with the singing of sacred songs and mantra's, after which Satguru Sirio Ji will guide you into a silent Surat Shabd Yoga Meditation session.
Surat Shabd Yoga Meditation is third eye meditation, which focuses on the Inner Light and Sound. Surat Shabd Yoga aims at uniting the attention of the aspirant with this Inner Light and Sound (which is the literal meaning of ‘Surat Shabd Yoga’). Satguru Sirio Ji encourages a personal, firsthand experience of the State of Consciousness that transcends body and mind. Expanded consciousness; bliss; unconditional love; a deep sense of peace, relaxation and wellbeing; divine perception; increased intuitivity, stillness of mind; mystical experiences of light and inner sound out of their body, are all ways in which people describe their meditation sessions with Satguru Sirio Ji. Darshan
Understanding the eyes as windows of the soul, through which two-thirds of his teachings are conveyed, Satguru Sirio Ji deliberatly looks into the eyes of his listeners. This can be understood as a spiritual transmission, which is advised to receive with an open heart.
