Join Alissa at Zen Den Yoga Studio on Friday's from 10-11:30.

Each week, Alissa guides you in a 90-minute practice that supports the healthy re-balancing of your nervous system. This class consists of conscious breathwork, a somatic yoga flow, and intentional discussion around a weekly theme that is all designed to leave you feeling more open, more grounded, and more connected each week.
