Therapeutic Horticulture: From Garden to Tea Bag

Join us for a small-group therapeutic horticulture activity at Cedar Hills Recreation Center. Participants will explore living and dried herbs, including lemon balm and coneflower, through touch, scent, and observation, then create simple herbal tea bags to take home.
