Created by Keith Johnstone, Theatresports is the format that inspired BATS Improv, Theatresports, is a playful, lively format featuring teams of improvisers challenging one another to scenes and games.
It’s a structure developed to create a freewheeling experience for the improvisers, and a sporting competition for the audience. Explore the game, and how to play it.
We have community standards, a conflict process, and a COVID prevention policy in place. Agreement/acceptance of these policies is required to participate in BATS classes. BATS Improv Class Refund Policy
All class sales are final. In the event we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.
