Each year, TheatreBC celebrates community theatre by helping host adjudicated festivals throughout the province. The winners of each Zone Festival are then invited to attend TheatreBC's Mainstage Festival to again compete against other theatre groups around the province. These festivals are a great way to see many plays in a short amount of time!This year, the North Shore Zone Festival is hosted by by North Shore Zone. On the last day, the adjudicator will be awarding trophies to the best play. All plays will be shown at the Presentation House Theatre, with a show time of 8pm.
Schedule of Plays:
May 7 - "Proof" by David Auburn; presented by White Rock Players’ Club
May 8 - "Blood Relations" by Sharon Pollock; presented by North Vancouver Community Players
May 9 - "Moonglow" by Kim Carney; presented by Pivot Theatre
May 10 - "Girl in the Goldfish Bowl" by Morris Panych; presented by Between Shifts Theatre
