Theater For ChangeBased on Badal Sircar’s hugely imaginative and humorous play “Beyond the Land of Hattamala”, Ek Aise Gagan Ke Tale, adapted and directed by Sapan Saran, is a unique play that attempts to blur the boundaries between lived and fictional realities. Developed with and performed by a group of 19 young boys from the Umerkhadi Observation and Children's Home in Dongri, this theatrical production serves as a crucial moment in their journey of change through theatre.Ek Aise Gagan Ke Tale is part of Theater For Change, a theatre-based project led by G5A and the Ashiyana Communities Foundation to address the unique needs of some of society’s most vulnerable and marginalized children and youth. This project is presented by G5A and supported by BNP Paribas.
