The Zimmermen at Whalley Village Hall
Saturday 5th April
7.30pm, doors and bar open from 7pm
We again have the very popular Zirnmermen who have been playing Bob Dylan's songs and music for twenty five years.
Formed and led by Tom O'Gorman, the band cover classic songs from Dylan's key musical eras, from early 1960s to the present day. including lesser known material that has tempted even the most avid Dylanologists to their gigs.
The band contain several north west musicians, with the skills and components to capture the rich variety of Dylan's music and its roots and influences, from folk, blues, country, jazz and gospel to reggae, rock and beyond.
Whatever your taste in Dylan, The Zimmermen serve up the Dylan songs that count.
Don’t forget we have a bar open from 7pm with very reasonably priced, very drinkables wines, beers and soft drinks.
Tickets for the next event, at the very reasonable price of £8.00 can be obtained at Hallworth's the Butchers opposite the Hall, from Whalley Post Office or at the door - subject to availability. For more information call David Balfour on 01254 822350.
