About this Event

Zenerouslife is simply defined as allowing yourself to be generous with the zen you allow into your life. When you attend The Zenerouslife Experience you'll do just that! This event was created for those who feel the need to unplug, recenter, and reset through the natural healing of your own body and mind. Many of us live with trauma and drama in a fast pace environment. Living with these traits aren't as unusual as you think but they create stress, anxiety and deeper emotional disturbances that affect our well-being and way of life.
This half day retreat experience was orchestrated for every person who is willing and ready to accept where they are in life, ready to release what their mind and body needs to shed, and ready to move forward with love, positivity and strength.
This event will leave you feeling peaceful, joyful, refreshed, resilient, motivated and ready to take your life to the next level.

EVENT ITINERARY - Just like three parts to any great movie, you'll experience three parts to your Zenerouslife Experience! Uniquely planned purposeful for you!
Imagine entering a room that has been infused with powerful and loving Reiki energy while experiencing the below:

ACT I: YOUR SET UP

Your morning will start with an introduction and what to expect so your pretty little over worked mind can start to relax and feel safe.
Your Intentions/purpose for the day will be set.
Tai Chi QiGong Shibashi will be used as our body movement to get us synched and flowing as a group.

ACT II: YOUR CONFRONTATION / BUILD

A guided meditation will be coupled with light hypnotherapy (hypnotherapy optional) to bring you into a comfortable state of relaxation to expand your experience.
Sound therapy with the use of drums will start to break up blockages and transport you to where you need to be.
We'll raise our stakes with gentle and intense breathwork. Personal healing will continue and this will provide you with a nice release and reset.
Journaling to follow the breathwork.

ACT III:YOUR RESOLUTION / PAYOFF

We conclude your experience with sound therapy. A sound bath meditation using crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, gongs, and other beautiful instruments to allow the accepting of centering and balance.
Group energy healing (Reiki) will occur as well to assist with the receiving of peace, joy, and motivation.
Journaling to follow the completion of your sound therapy.
Questions, thoughts, and shares will be accepted at the end.
