Nestled in the embrace of the black mountains, a 75 minute drive from Bristol, this retreat offers an opportunity to reflect and reconnect. Through a harmonious blend of movement, breathwork and meditation, we invite you to playfully explore your edges and nurture your capacity for rest and rejuvenation. As experienced yoga facilitators with additional expertise in chiropractic, breathwork and neuroscience, Hazel and Anna bring a wealth of knowledge to every session. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our inclusive teaching style ensures that everyone can benefit from the practices.
Their intention is for you to leave feeling renewed, centred, and ready to embrace the beauty of the present moment.
The retreat is held in a luxurious space in a beautifully converted barn and eco out buildings. In your free time you can enjoy the hot tub, steam shower, roll top bath, open fire and the beautiful surroundings completely immersed in beautiful countryside.
