Join us for a 3-day restorative learning immersion at Restoria Hostel, One of Atlanta’s creative nests for community, nature connection, and regenerative living.
From December 26–28, we’ll gather for daily 90-minute sessions weaving together indoor/outdoor yoga, foraging for wild edibles, herbalism, botany, permaculture, hands-on Earth skills, and delicious kitchen alchemy. Then tentatively on December 29, we’ll road-trip together to the Nunn Family Pecan Farm in Lafayette, Alabama for a day/night visit, a closing ritual on sacred ancestral land filled with 60+ pecan trees, pastureland, and big sky energy.
This is a down-to-earth, high-vibe, winter garden school designed to reconnect you to your body, to local ecosystems, indigenous plant knowledge, and to the creative magic that happens when community gathers with love.
Restoria Hostel will be open the full weekend with :🛌 Dorm beds in co-ed rooms across 2 full houses and a ladies only dorm w/ private bathroom 🛏️ Private rooms🏕️ Tent spaces✨ Communal kitchen access 🔥 Hot Outdoor Showers 🔥 Cozy vibes and new friends.
Come stay, learn, laugh, forage, stretch, sip herbal tea, walk barefoot on the land, and experience Atlanta’s regenerative movement.

🌿 THE CURRICULUM (Expanded + Organized)
📅 DAY 1 — Yoga, Botany & Wild Foods
Session 1: The Yoga of Plants (90 min)�-Introductions & gratitude circle
-yoga philosophy and foundational concepts
-Pranayama (shared breathing practice
-the primordial sound of aum
-the 5 koshas
-the 4 phases of human activity
-the 8 limbed path
Session 2: Yoga Postures / Asana Flow (90 min)�• A slow intentional flow�• Focus on mobility, warmth, circulation�• Embodied awareness practice�• Time for Q&A, posture refinement, and gentle corrections
Lunch Break: Community Meal
Session 3: Wild Edibles, Botany & Plant ID Walk (90 min)�• Winter plant identification�• Learning key botanical features�• Foraging ethics & safety�• Wander the land around Restoria, see who’s still growing, who’s sleeping, and what the forest edge is saying
Session 4: Wild Kitchen Alchemy (90 min)�Bring in what we’ve foraged and create:�• Wild pesto�• Herbal teas�• Nut butter (with pecans Dylan brings from the farm)�• Optional: green powder demo if someone brings a dehydrator�• How to integrate wild foods into everyday life
📅 DAY 2 — Herbalism + Permaculture
Session 1 : Intro to Herbalism (90 min)�• Foundations of plant medicine�• Tonic, preventative and interventional herbs�• Winter herbs for resilience & immunity�• How to build a simple home apothecary

Lunch Break: Communal Cooking & Sharing
Session 3: Intro to Permaculture (90 min)�• The ethics + principles�• How to design for regeneration�• Soil, water, plants, energy�• Atlanta-specific permaculture considerations
Session 4: Hands-On Permaculture Practicum (90 min)�Choose based on weather & group energy:�• Tree planting ritual�• Compost systems�• Building soil�• Small design project�• Micro-food-forest start
📅 DAY 3 — Travel Day to Nunn Family Pecan Farm (Alabama)
We’ll drive together to Dylan’s ancestral land in Lafayette, AL for a day/night immersion:
• Explore 60+ pecan trees and 50+ acres�• Walk the land and learn about regenerative potential�• Wild pecan observing �• Campfire hangout�• Quiet reflection & grounding before the new year�• Optional: mini-workshop on rural land stewardship & visioning for regenerative homesteads
Stay into the night, camp, hammock, or roll out a sleeping pad in the farmhouse , it’s casual, familial, and ceremonial.
A 3-day experiential winter learning retreat at Restoria Hostel featuring yoga, herbalism, wild foraging, kitchen alchemy, and permaculture — followed by a road-trip to Dylan’s family pecan farm in Alabama. Daily 90-minute sessions, community meals, hands-on earth skills, and a deep vibe of creativity and connection.
