Meet Your Guides
Elena Larsen is a yoga teacher and sound meditation facilitator whose journey began after a near-fatal accident in 2013. Through yoga, she found profound healing—physically, mentally, and spiritually—leading her to study Kundalini, Satya, Therapeutic Uses of Yoga, and Sattva Himalayan Yoga & Kundalini in Rishikesh, India. With nearly 1,000 hours of training and over six years of guiding sound meditation, she empowers others to cultivate healing, peace, and inner light through yogic practices.
Juliana Lewis is a Transformational Connection Facilitator, Relateful Coach, and embodied movement explorer with a gift for creating spaces where authenticity and transformation unfold naturally. Her facilitation, retreats, and coaching weave intentional structure with emergent flow, offering a path to deeper self-discovery and genuine connection. For Juliana, love is an energy that calls us to trust life through bold exploration—within ourselves and with others.Come as you are, and leave feeling more open, attuned, and deeply connected to community.
