Community Meditation
Join us for guided mantra-based community meditation and connection!
We begin with silent meditation promptly at 2pm followed by a Dharma Talk, group sharing and a chance to connect in community afterwards with like-minded people over tea and snacks at Satsang House Sedona.
In deference to our fellow community members, PLEASE ARRIVE BY 1:45PM allowing yourself the time to get settled and relax into stillness prior to our prompt 2:00pm start.
We practice the Buddhist practice of dana paramita or generosity for our weekly sangha. We suggest a minimum donation of $20 in support of UNICEF to Protect Ukraine's Children. While this is optional we recommend some sort of energetic exchange between you and our events. If a financial donation won't work for you, please consider bringing a gift of some sort representing your exchange.
