{All levels welcome} Join Brianna & Tiffany for an in-person yin & yang practice, for a good cause! Each 15 minutes the teacher will switch, moving from a yin, gentle stretching practice, to movement and flow, and back again!Each month, $11 donations will be given to a local non-profit to help serve our community.
