I finally found the perfect cozy indoor spot: the Humboldt County Library. (Just a note: this event is hosted inside the library, but is completely independent from the library itself.)
This gentle sound bath is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and close out the year on a calm and positive note. Expect soothing instruments, deep relaxation, and a peaceful space to simply breathe.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable on the library’s hard floor. The event is free to attend, and donations are always appreciated to support future community offerings.
Come as you are no experience needed, just open hearts and curious ears. 💛
