🎠Rules? What rules? The one you’ve been waiting for is finally here! The Writer’s Den: "Eff The Rules" Poetry Slam is back, and this time, the only limit is your imagination. We love the craft of a traditional slam, but once a year, we throw the rulebook out the window.Usually, we're the fun police telling you no props, no costumes, no music, no groups, and to keep it under three minutes and ten seconds. Forget all of that. For this special event, we want to see your poetry in full technicolor. Bring the guitar, wear the elaborate costume, bring your performance partner, or use that prop that brings your metaphors to life. If it makes your performance more powerful, bring it.
Whether you're a performer ready to break the mold or a fan who wants to see the wildest show of the year, you do not want to miss this. This is where the magic happens when the "No" becomes a "Yes."
