The Worship and Empowerment Conference 2026 Provincial Outreach Programme is an annual national event organised by the Zimbabwe Female Gospel Gospel Artistes Association (ZFGGA).
ZFGGA is a platform that brings together female gospel artistes across Zimbabwe to promote worship, mentorship, empowerment, networking, talent development, and collaboration among women in gospel ministry.
The association also advocates for the growth of gospel music, women empowerment, community engagement, and the positive contribution of female gospel artistes towards national development.
The Worship and Empowerment Conference seeks to unite female gospel artistes, church leaders, women, young girls, and communities through worship, mentorship, empowerment, networking, and spiritual growth.
The programme will be rolled out across Zimbabwe’s provinces, creating platforms for women to share experiences, develop leadership skills, promote entrepreneurship, identify emerging talent, and strengthen sisterhood within the gospel industry.
The initiative will also promote Zimbabwean culture, national dress, tourism, and community transformation through faith-based engagement and empowerment activities.
