With over 100+ practitioners and musicians from across the country, The World’s Largest Sound Bath transforms Columbus Commons into a community sanctuary of sound, rest, and peace. Imagine lying beneath the stars as wave after wave of healing sound washes over you, not from one, but from over a hundred sound healers playing in harmony with piano, cello, violin, singers, and guitar to create an ocean of sound of melody, harmony, and beauty. This is the ocean of Sound Baths.

Why We Gather

We come together on the International Day of Peace to address what words alone cannot fix:

  • The rise in loneliness, anxiety, and isolation
  • The strain on our collective mental health
  • Planting seeds of peace through open-hearted community
  • Providing respite and hope among dark days

What Is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing listening experience where you lie down and are “bathed” in waves of therapeutic sound. This includes singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. Research shows sound baths can decrease stress, improve sleep, and help release emotional tension (and so much more).

This one includes over 100 sound healers moving throughout the park, surrounding you in a living ocean of harmony.
