Welcome to the Women's Circle!
Join us at The Class Studio to connect just as women—through movement and practices that help us return to the rhythms of our bodies and the natural world.
This month's theme is PLEASURE ??
We will explore feminine embodiment (somatic movement that releases tension and numbness and awakens feelings/sensation in the body) specifically to feel and find the pleasure and sensual vitality that is always available to us. We will end in ritual to help us come out of the "go" of everyday life and into the "flow" of our interconnectedness, embodied wisdom and energetic aliveness.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring additional blankets/pillows/eye mask for rest.
