D. Event and General Guidelines
- Registration fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANFERABLE. This policy allows us to allocate resources efficiently and enhance the race experience.
- Wear your race bib during the entire race period. Failure to comply will result as non-finisher. No RACE BIB, No finisher MEDAL.
- This running event is EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN. While we deeply respect and honor all gender identities, this occasion is dedicated to celebrating womanhood. It is a special moment to recognize the strength, spirit, and unity of women through running.
- Only officially registered Female participants are permitted to run the course. Personal pacers are welcome, provided they are also registered for the event.
- The GENTLEMEN PACER category is designed for men who wish to support and accompany the women in their lives during the run. They may pace their wife, sister, mother, daughter, teammate, or friend, offering encouragement, motivation, and companionship along the course. Gentlemen Pacers must be officially registered for the event. While they are welcome to share the experience, they will not be recognized as official finishers, as this event is dedicated to celebrating women’s achievements.
-Rain or shine, the race continues. If risks are high and the Local Government Unit (LGU) recommends rescheduling, we will comply for everyone's safety.
- To avoid too much crowd, runners are advised to pass by each water station as quickly as possible except in cases when there is really an urgent necessity to stay longer.
- Be at your best behavior and show respect to your fellow runners, race organizers, and the entire community.
-The cut off times will be strictly implemented.
- Late participants who will arrive within 10 minutes after the starting time will still be allowed to run but the cut off times will NOT be adjusted. Anyone who will arrive beyond 10 minutes will be tagged as DNS (Did Not Start).
- STRICTLY NO LITTERING from start to finish!
- While the race is in progress, runners who decide not to continue due to their own reasons shall express their intent or decision in the nearest Aid station. The race marshal assigned to such station will list down the names and BIB #. The runners will therefore be given the DNF (Did Not Finish) status.
- Likewise, any runner who will not make it to the cut off or finish line, shall be tagged as DNF. Race entitlements shall only be given to those who will finish the race.
- ALL MUST PLAY WITH INTEGRITY. Any participant caught CHEATING or taking shortcuts will be disqualified.
E. Race Dispute / Protest:
Anyone who wishes to file a race protest shall submit a written account of his / her dispute to the race organizers within 24 hours from finishing the race. All proof supporting his / her claim shall be submitted / presented to the race organizers for proper evaluation. A protest fee of Php. 500 (Five Hundred Pesos) shall be collected. NO DISPUTE WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY EVIDENCE. THE DECISION OF THE RACE ORGANIZERS IS FINAL AND IRREVOCABLE.
