Since 2010, devotees of Hekate around the world have gathered beneath the May Full Moon to honour the Torchbearing Goddess through the Rite of Her Sacred Fires — a global devotional ritual first created by Sorita d’Este alongside the release of *Hekate: Her Sacred Fires*.
This year, we gather together once again here in Calgary at The Witch’s Hearth, joining our flames with countless others across the world in devotion, remembrance, illumination, and sacred community.
This gathering is open to:
* longtime devotees of Hekate
* those newly beginning to walk with Her
* witches, pagans, mystics, and seekers called to the crossroads
Together we will light the sacred flame, honour the Lady of the Crossroads, and stand within the current of an international rite that has burned for over fifteen years.
Participants attending online will be able to join live through the Alberta Witches Association Discord.
Please bring:
• a candle or devotional flame
• offerings if desired
• an open and respectful heart
