Buy your ticket on eventbrite or at the shop but you will need a ticket to keep your spot! We only have a certain amount of room so if space runs out before you grab one then the event will be sold out.
We will also be using ticket sales to keep track of who's coming, not the list on meetup.
You can get a refund for your ticket any time up to 48 hours before the event.

Our history as witches spans across the entire human timeline, and maybe even longer than that. But the view of what a witch was, and the word itself, was cemented during the witch trials of the 15th-17th centuries. Who were the witches before that? How did the world see them? And do they still fit with our modern idea of a witch?
This class will dig deep into the mythologies of pre-Christian, ancient witches from Circe to Baba Yaga to understand their place in society. This will be a discussion HEAVY topic so be ready to chat and ask questions! We will also be working some magic relating to these witches and draw on what wisdom we might have lost.
