About this Event

Winter Solstice — From Shadow to Light

The longest night is almost here.

In the Southern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice marks the year's deepest point of darkness — and the quiet, sacred promise that light will return. This is a threshold moment. A time to stop running from the stillness and instead meet it, fully.

Join us for an afternoon of intentional rest, inner listening, and creative soul work as we honour the turning of the wheel together.

✦ Sound Bath — Let the resonant tones wash over you, releasing what the year has worn into your body and bones.

✦ Guided Meditation — A winter journey inward, drawing on the symbolism of the solstice: darkness as teacher, the seed beneath the frozen ground, and the slow return of light.

✦ Journaling — Gentle, purposeful prompts to meet yourself honestly at the midpoint of the year. What are you releasing? What are you calling in?

✦ Faux Stained Glass Workshop — Using paint and glass medium, create your own luminous piece to take home — a handmade lantern of light to carry you through the dark months ahead.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down
