About this Event
The Wines of Occitanie explores one of France’s most diverse and storied wine regions, located in the South of France and formerly known as Languedoc-Roussillon. This guided tasting traces the region’s evolution from ancient Roman vineyards to today’s innovative producers, with a focus on how limestone, schist, and clay soils shape distinctive wine styles and flavors.
Guests will taste wines from key appellations including Minervois, Faugères, Pic St-Loup, and Terrasses du Larzac, offering a broad view of Occitanie’s range and character. Light appetizers will be served. Join us for an evening that offers a welcome escape from the cold and a chance to experience the warmth and depth of the South of France through its wines.
