France’s Burgundy region produces some of the world’s most long-lived and collectable wines. It is the role-model to the world for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay based wines.
In this four-session class series we will explore the history of the Burgundy region's development and discover its diversity of styles. Throughout the class, students will taste approximately 24 wines exemplary of the Burgundy region.
*You must be at least 21 years old to attend this class. Your age will be verified in person.*
Classes are held in person at the Institute of Culinary Education at 521 E. Green Street Pasadena, CA 91101.
