This gentle class combines mindful movement, restorative postures, and the calming resonance of crystal sound bowls to support postpartum healing and emotional grounding. Guided breathwork and soothing sound therapy promote relaxation for both mom and baby.
Yoga mats are provided. Please bring a baby blanket or comfort item for your child.
