About this Event
If you use the modern Library at Willesden Green, you will know that there is a section of a much older building at the front. 18 July 2024 will be the 130th anniversary of the opening of that original library. Join Philip Grant to discover how the Victorian public library came about, how Willesden Green Library has changed over the years to become the place it is today, and the struggles of the local community to protect its distinctive frontage on the High Road.
Event accessibility
The Library at Willesden Green is a fully accessible building with accessible toilets.
There is no car park.
