Held in early autumn, as we begin to turn away from the outward pace and extroversion of summer, Wild Heart, Whole Self is an intimate retreat experience created for those ready to settle and move toward the changing season and its natural letting go.
It’s a small, carefully held space for people who are done with the performing, fixing, and pushing of the last few months and are feeling the pull toward slowing down, supporting the nervous system, and returning to the body.
The Wild Heart, Whole Self Retreat is an opportunity to get honest and meet yourself where you are, to slow down enough to listen and feel into what you need for the season ahead.

Kerry is the heart behind Wild Heart Therapy, a trauma-informed therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and Medicare-accredited mental health social worker who holds retreat ritual close to her heart. This is a weekend where meaningful therapy meets the freedom and flow of retreat life - move, breathe, journal, share, and rest in a small, carefully held group. It’s a retreat that nurtures your mind, body, and heart while giving space to reconnect to what you truly need.
Ticket Options:
Standard Retreat Ticket — $875
Includes shared accommodation for the weekend, all retreat sessions, meals, and activities.
Most participants will have a single bed in a double room.
One standard ticket will include a queen bed shared by two people - perfect for friends or partners who want to experience the retreat together.
Queen Upgrade — $1,250
Available for just 1 person wanting extra privacy and space to fully settle into the weekend. This ticket provides a private queen room for the duration of the retreat. Experience the same retreat program, meals, and activities in a more intimate setting, perfect for deeper rest, reflection, and personal integration. Limited to one person only.
