About This Event: Whiting-Turner and Turner Construction, two of the nation's leading construction management firms, invite you to a collaborative regional outreach event. We are actively expanding our local supply chain for upcoming commercial and infrastructure pipelines in Columbia County and the broader Savannah River regional area.

We believe in building strong community partnerships from day one. To support these upcoming developments, we are looking to engage both heavy trade partners and a diverse range of local service vendors for immediate and future opportunities.

We are looking to prequalify local and regional contractors who have the capacity to support large-scale site preparation. If your firm specializes in the following, our project estimators want to meet you:

• Sitework & Mass Grading: Bulk earthmoving, site clearing, excavation, and erosion control.
• Hauling & Logistics: Dump trucking, material transport, aggregate delivery, and site logistics.
• Concrete Firms: Ready-mix supply, foundations, flatwork, structural concrete, and formwork.

Infrastructure projects require an immense amount of local support services outside of heavy construction. We are seeking local Columbia County and regional vendors to fulfill general requirements, event operations, and project support, including:

• Professional Services: Local event planners, coordinators, and decorators.
• Marketing & Branding: Signage companies, print shops, and promotional material suppliers.
• Food & Hospitality: Food truck vendors, local caterers, and hospitality services for ongoing corporate and on-site events.
• General Site Support: Portable sanitation, temporary fencing, and local safety supply vendors.

This is a low-key, high-value networking mixer. There will be no formal, rigid presentations—just direct access to decision-makers from Whiting-Turner and Turner Construction.
