Explore the charm of Historic York, SC, in The White Rose City Scavenger Hunt! The selected hunt destinations have been reviewed and approved by Yorkville Historical Society. Discover local businesses, uncover hidden gems, and compete for a chance to win prizes—with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners receiving a total of $400 in gift certificates from York’s amazing local businesses. 🌹🎉

Details about the hunt:

• Your scavenger hunt will be about 1.2 miles long and take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. You will complete photo, video, and trivia challenges along the way.
• 24 hours before the hunt you will receive an email with game instructions and a mobile app link that will guide you through the scavenger hunt.
• The email will give you the starting location for the scavenger hunt
• Once you're all there and ready to begin, enter your join code, provided in the email, into the app, and begin your hunt.

You can join the scavenger hunt ANY time betweem10am to 4pm on 02-08-2025 (Eastern Time)

Number Of Players

The ticket is good for one mobile app download by the phone number associated with the ticket purchase. Multiple players can participate in the download on the single phone. Prizes will be award the person who bought the ticket, not to mulitple players.

Users can easily access the leaderboard to track their progress and see how they compare to other scavenger hunters.

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners

Local Business have donated gift cards for scavener hunt winners:

1st place $200 in gift cards ($75 Owls Nest, $50 Sweet Southern Gals Boutique, $50 The Blush Blossom, $25 to be announced)

2nd place $150 in gift cards ($100 Grapevine Wine Bar, $50 to be announced)

3rd place $75 in gift cards ($50 Yorkville Market Place, $25 to be announced)

Winners will be announce and can be seen when the last hunt ends. This can also be tracked on the apps leaderboard. Users can easily access the leaderboard to track their progress and see how they compare to other scavenger hunters.
