This January, join for a 90-minute mind-body reset blending movement, mindfulness, and a therapist-guided conversation. Together, we’ll explore what it means to begin again; releasing old narratives, reconnecting with your values, and stepping into the new year with clarity, grounded intention, and self-compassion. 💛

This all-in-one experience weaves together grounding movement, reflective conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation, designed to help you reset emotionally, create internal space, and move into the new year feeling centered and aligned.

- Meditation & Reset – Arrive fully in the moment with grounding breathwork designed to calm the nervous system and open your internal space for reflection.
- Vinyasa Yoga – Led by Our Studio Wellness founder , this intuitive flow supports emotional release, tension relief, and a renewed sense of clarity and energy.
- Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling – Led by , month’s reflection will explore:
- Letting go of outdated stories or identities from the past year
- Setting intentions rooted in self-trust, not pressure
- How to create rituals that support both emotional well-being and sustainable growth
- Connection Session – Stay after class for mingling, giveaways, and time to connect with community.
