The Wellness Snapshot

Looking to start 2026 feeling healthier, stronger, and more energised? We’ve got just the thing. We’re excited to be launching The Wellness Snapshot in January - a brand-new monthly talk series in partnership with Heart of the Matter Nutrition, designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Our first session kicks off on Tuesday 27 January, 12:30 - 1:30pm, and we’re diving straight into a super useful topic: “Boost Your Immunity Naturally: The Everyday Immune Reset”. Learn practical, realistic ways to support your immune system during peak cold and flu season, perfect timing for winter!

This event will take place in Wellington Central which has step free access, and accessible toilets. Cold drinks and tea & coffee making facilities are available however please note there are no lowered counter tops so if you require assistance please speak to a member of our events team who can help you.
