You’ll have the chance to “speed date” therapists—short, casual conversations that help you get a feel for different personalities, styles, and specialties (because finding the right fit matters). No awkward intake forms. No pressure to commit. Just real conversations.

Beyond therapist meet-and-greets, you’ll also enjoy interactive wellness classes and access to free services from local wellness providers, including opportunities to learn, relax, and reset—all in one space.
