TrancenDance is a joyful, body-led movement experience where you are invited to let go, have fun, and reconnect with yourself. There is no choreography, no pressure, and no dance experience needed — just your body and a little curiosity.During this 75-minute session, you are free to move in whatever way feels right for you. Sway, stretch, spin, jump, soften, or simply follow the music as it carries you. With uplifting music and gentle guidance, TrancenDance creates a safe and welcoming space to move freely, express yourself, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being in your body.
This experience is playful, energizing, and freeing. It offers a chance to step out of your head and back into your body. At the same time, movement can help release tension, stress, and stuck energy in a natural way, leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and more alive.
Each participant will receive a silent disco headset for the session, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the music and your own experience.
