- 5:30 PM: Arrival for tea, coffee, and mingling
- 6:00 PM: The formal AGM begins
- Buffet & networking: Enjoy a delicious buffet after the meeting and connect with other attendees.

Please note: age suitability 18+, but babies and children under 2 years old are welcome and do not require a ticket.
