It includes free weights, resistance equipment, bands, ropes, benches, and more – giving you the tools you need to target strength, mobility, and endurance outside the infrared sauna workouts. Whether you're looking to tone up, build strength, or just switch up your routine, our FX Zone has something for everyone.
