About this Event

The Web Between Us — An Experiential Introduction to Family Constellations

(within the exhibition Everything is Energy *)

Join Katie Despres, Bristol-based Systemic Constellations facilitator, for an experiential talk exploring the unseen energetic dynamics that move through families and systems — the hidden loyalties, patterns, and inheritances that shape our lives.

Set within Emma Talbot’s exhibition Everything is Energy, this session invites participants to slow down and experience the work of Family Constellations first-hand. Katie will introduce the principles behind constellation work and guide a participatory exploration to show how energy, emotion, and belonging flow through human systems — much like they do through nature and art.

Echoing the exhibition’s central themes of energy, connection, and transformation, this talk offers a space to explore:

  • how the stories we inherit live within us,
  • how energy moves through relationships and generations, and
  • how understanding the wider system can bring clarity, release, and connection.

🗓️ Dates:

  • Friday 9 January, 4–5.30pm
  • Friday 30 January, 4–5.30pm
  • No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and an open mind.

The event is free to attend, with optional donations welcome on the day to support the continued offering of community events.
Please sign up in advance to reserve your place — those who register will receive a discount code for a future Family Constellations workshop with Katie in Bristol.
