Just music, mirrors, and space to move in your own way.
This is an invitation to be curious about how your body wants to move, about what happens when you stop trying to look a certain way, and about what you notice when you allow yourself to be seen by yourself.
• You don’t need dance experience.
• You don’t need confidence.
• You don’t need to know what to do.
You’re welcome to move, pause, rest, face the mirrors, turn away, feel awkward, feel powerful, or simply notice.
The mirrors are not here to judge or correct, they are here as witnesses.
You don’t need to like what you see. You’re only invited to meet yourself with honesty.
This is a safe, women-only space held with clear boundaries and care by Al-Nair Reyes and Silvana Tedesco.
