The Way of Tea is a traditional Japanese art—a ritual that embodies the mindful practice of harmony and tranquility in everyday life. Our Herbal Tea Ritual is our interpretation of the Way of Tea, infused with the therapeutic benefits of herbal medicine, bringing traditional knowledge into the modern world. You will be expertly guided by our knowledgeable herbalists in the art of mindful herbal tea blending.You will discover the therapeutic qualities and unique tastes of nine medicinal herbs, focusing on their calming, grounding, uplifting, healing, balancing, and energising properties. From these, you will select your favourites to blend into your own unique tisane—a medicinal infusion.
Throughout the workshop, you will take time to reflect on the tastes, sensations, and effects of each herb as you infuse and taste your new herbal blend. You will leave with a tranquil mind, 50g of your custom tisane, a stainless steel infuser, and the embodied experience of this mindful ritual to invoke each time you brew your blend.
