A day retreat in honor of the sacred feminine way. Tending deeply to our body, soul and the light within.
Dear woman,
The waters are calling us.
Gather, feel, move freely, receive, listen, breathe, purify, fortify, rest, and sing yourself deeply alive again, they whisper.
Together, we remember and activate the sacred feminine way, in the lush blossoming of spring.
The intention is to cultivate a devotional and ceremonial field where subtle intelligence and healing can move freely through us, where insights and inspiration can arise effortlessly. Through depth and slowness, beauty and joy.
During the day, you will be invited into:
• Sound and voice activations and intuitive singing
• Water ceremony
• Sound bath / meditation
• Intuitive movement and dance
• Silence, deep restorative rest, and stillness
We will immerse ourselves in sound technologies and awakening practices that have been passed down through ancient cultures, temple traditions, and mystery schools.
Through sound and voice activations, we naturally move toward greater harmony and clarity. We return to our sensual, intuitive, and embodied selves, which is a true delight. The nervous system settles and softens. The mind quiets. Portals open.
And it becomes easier to remember what truly matters: who we are at our core, and what we want to choose and be about.
We will gather at Ekrosen in Skåne, where we are blessed with a waterfront session room and a deck by a small, serene lake.
The water, She, a symbol of birth and rebirth, purity, the soul, and the feminine depths of intuition, feeling, sensuality and creativity.
Reminding us of our how to move through life with grace and strength, soft, yet strong.
The power of the circle and the field
When we come together with sincerity, presence and heart-based intentions, the collective field begins to come alive and move with us. As we stay receptive it will inform, inspire, and touch us in ways we cannot know beforehand. This is how women have gathered, healed, accessed wisdom and been initiated for centuries, long before language tried to define it.
