Held fortnightly on Thursday evenings, this trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork experience is designed to help you release built-up tension, move stored emotion, and return to a grounded, steady state.
You’ll be guided into a safe, supportive environment where you are always in control. There is no pressure to push or perform — you’re invited to follow your body’s pace, breathing as deeply or gently as feels right for you.
Through breath, rhythm, and intention, this session supports:
