“Sip, shake, drum, create and glow from the inside out”Join Shannon (Wish’s Art) and Lucy (Rhythms and Rituals), for The Warm Glow Gathering…a playful, heart warming summer solstice workshop designed to soften your edges, spark your creativity, and celebrate the longest day with joy.
We’ll open sacred space together, sip heart opening cacao, shake off heaviness through gentle somatic movement, and sink into a rhythmic drumming sound bath.
You’ll then be guided through a creative wellbeing activity that invites curiosity, expression, and connection.
