The Vulgar Boatmen will be playing an acoustic set at the wonderful Orbit Room, in Bloomington Indiana, on Saturday May 23. Every show at the Orbit Room is special, but this one even more so, for a couple reasons.For one, it'll be a FIVE-Boatmen show -- Dale, Matt, Janas, Heather, and Jake Smith, who hasn't played a sit-down VB show since the old Crazy Horse days. For another, it looks like it'll be our last Orbit show, since the club has announced it's closing in July. I know what you're thinking: How is this all going to fit on that stage? Only one way to find out!
