The Vulcan Itch is a dynamic trio from Athens, Greece, delivering a potent fusion of groove rock, noise rock, stoner, and grunge influences. Since their formation in 2018, they’ve carved a niche in the underground rock scene with their high-energy performances and infectious sound. They have released two full-length albums and one EP.Their latest album, Rise of the Fallen (released March 28, 2024, via The Lab Records), showcases their evolution with more melodic compositions while maintaining their signature raw intensity. The album has been praised for its tight songwriting, groove-driven riffs, and seamless blend of alt and noise rock, with critics highlighting its ability to captivate both musically and emotionally. Following the album’s release, The Vulcan Itch completed a European tour supporting the well-known Greek heavy rock band Godsleep, bringing their electrifying live presence to new audiences across the continent. Their momentum continued with the release of their latest single, “Out Of My Head,” in February 2025, offering a fresh take on their evolving sound while staying true to their relentless energy.
