About this Event
Perhaps you have attended our Charcuterie and Wine class a time or two and are now looking for more. Then this class is for YOU!! In this hands-on class each attendee will create their own charcuterie board for two. (Left-overs can be taken home.) We will learn new techniques in addition to some of the previously taught techniques from our Charcuterie and Wine class. (Previous attendance in a Charcuterie and Wine class is not necessary or required.) Each participant will receive a FREE beautifully crafted acacia wood serving tray with matching food picks (various designs are available for you to select from). This is a $30 value!!
Once the board is assembled, we will enjoy the wonderful tastes from our charcuterie boards, along with a salad, bread and bread dip, 2 glasses of wine, and free tastes of exotic VOM FASS liqueurs/spirits from around the world. The event also includes recipes for items made the evening of the class and discounts on any purchases made during the event.
