Entrepreneur and International Beauty Executive
Former CEO of Canada, a brand she successfully launched and scaled nationally, and former CEO USA and Canada for , Solange has spent over 25 years building and expanding global brands across North America.
Most recently, as Country Manager of Canada, she introduced the French clean beauty brand La Rosée to the Canadian market, leading its national expansion including an exclusive partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart.
Former President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Toronto, Solange brings rare insight into leadership, international growth and sustainable brand strategy.
At ApéroSpeak, she will share her personal experience and perspective on building brands, scaling businesses, navigating executive leadership and embracing entrepreneurial boldness with vision.
The conversation will be led by , Host, Producer and Business Journalist at Radio-Canada and CBC, known for her thoughtful and incisive interviews. She will conduct the interview in both official languages. The event will be bilingual, in English and French, (no French required to attend).
An Evening with Purpose
This premiere edition of ApéroSpeak will close International Women’s Month, celebrating leadership, resilience and the power of women shaping industries. The presence of two accomplished and respected women in their respective fields sends a strong message of excellence, ambition and representation.
Please note that the event will take place in a standing cocktail style format, designed to encourage fluid interaction and dynamic exchanges. A limited number of seats will be available while maintaining the standing format to foster conversation and networking.
The fireside chat will last approximately 30 to 40 minutes, followed by informal networking and an opportunity for guests to continue the conversation and engage directly with the speakers in an intimate setting.
The event will be bilingual, conducted in both English and French (no French required to attend).

Ancienne PDG de L’Occitane Canada, marque qu’elle a lancée et développée à l’échelle nationale, et ancienne PDG USA et Canada de Repetto Paris, Solange cumule plus de 25 ans d’expérience dans la création et l’expansion de marques internationales en Amérique du Nord.
Plus récemment, en tant que directrice nationale de La Rosée Cosmétiques Canada, elle a introduit la marque française de beauté clean La Rosée sur le marché canadien, pilotant son expansion nationale, notamment grâce à un partenariat exclusif avec Shoppers Drug Mart.
Ancienne présidente de la Chambre de commerce française à Toronto, Solange apporte une expertise précieuse en leadership, développement international et stratégie de marque durable.
Lors d’ApéroSpeak, elle partagera son expérience personnelle et son regard sur la construction de marques, le développement d’entreprises, le leadership exécutif et l’audace entrepreneuriale portée par une vision claire.
