About the Virtue Model
The Virtue Integration Model: A Next Generation Framework for Authentic Transformation and Human Flourishing is a groundbreaking approach to leadership, culture, and belonging. Rooted in ethics, equality, equity, and justice (E(3)J, the Model offers a pathway to building communities and institutions that are anti-oppressive, life-affirming, and liberating (ALL).
At a time when destructive leadership and division undermine trust and social progress, the Virtue Model provides an inspiring path to promoting national and global solidarity around the finest universal human values.
About the Event
The aim of the event, is to bring together thought leaders, practitioners, and community members for the historic launch of The Virtue Model. Through respectful dialogue and authentic engagement, we will explore why E(3)J are the key building blocks for ALL organizations and communities.
The three-hour event will feature:
An introduction to the Virtue Model by creator, Dr. Grace Virtue
A panel discussion with leaders from diverse fields, exploring the Model’s implications and efficacy
A critical exploration of the “Dark Quad” of destructive leadership and how the Virtue Model offers a constructive response
Interactive dialogue on building flourishing, ethical communities, including refining a code of ethics based on the model.
