About Your Facilitator
Kumar Kibble is a West Point graduate with more than 35 years of leadership as a military officer, federal law enforcement executive, diplomat, and C-suite leader. As Chief Operating Officer, he led a global workforce of 20,000 and received a Presidential award for leadership. Today, he coaches leaders across government, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth businesses worldwide. An adoptee and adoptive father, Kumar brings a unique perspective on identity, belonging, and legacy. More than 25 years ago, a cancer diagnosis redirected his path from chasing achievements to pursuing deeper union with God through prayer, reflection, and the wisdom of the Church Fathers—a journey that ultimately led him into the Catholic Church.
