The lights turn low, the bass turns up… and the Underground comes alive.
Join us for the very first Saturday Night Sweat inside The Velvet Mat... a high-vibe, music-driven, party yoga experience led by Crystal Kage with live beats by DJ Nugget.
This isn’t your quiet, whisper-and-stretch kind of night.
This is movement with a pulse. Sweat with a soundtrack. Community with a little edge.
What’s going down:
– 1 hour of party yoga flow (all levels, just bring the vibe)
– Live DJ set to keep the energy high
– Post-class hang + refreshments
– A room full of good people doing something a little different on a Saturday night
