Volunteer passes give them entry into the show on any day during the show

Volunteers should make sure they choose the correct club (SCCBC, WIM/META (who are probably sharing a booth again), or VRCBC), WIM AND META SHARING THE WIM REGISTERED BOOTH.
Passes should be picked up in advance.
NAMES WILL BE SUBMITTED BY FEB 14 DEADLINE. PASS PICK UP DATE WILL BE ADVISE WITH THE OPTION TO PICK UP ONSITE ON THE DAY.
This is the biggest auto show of the year and taking place at The Vancouver Convention Center West, Downtown Vancouver. Skytrain accessible. Photos attached are from last year and we are working on a bigger display this year.
