Join us for 3 presentations and lectures presented by Vampire Royalty:
Dacre Stoker, author and great grand-nephew of Bram Stoker, the legendary creator of the iconic Dracula novel. Join Dacre for two fascinating explorations. One will take a look at the book Bram Stoker penned from research and how, after his death, it became a cultural phenomenon. The other will have you playing detective as you observe replicas of key documents curated from archives and libraries to offer insights into Bram Stoker’s research. You'll follow the trail of clues along with Dacre, and together, find the intricate connections between the papers and maps, exposing the secrets of how Dracula came to life on the pages of this iconic novel.

Michelle Perry, preservationist for the estate of Maila Nurmi (the actress who created Vampira). Discover the real life story of the Hollywood actress known as the "Dark Goddess of Horror". Who was she? How did the character develop? What became of her? Learn about her rise and fall to fame and how she alone is responsible for creating the most influential image of the female vampire of the 21st century.
Both guests are experts in their subjects with decades of study between them and first-hand knowledge. Together, they will take you on fascinating, historically accurate journeys through time, explore legends, folklore, and secrets never before revealed.

Whether you are a bookworm, history buff, or Vampire fanatic, the eternal love between the Vampire and Mina characters is one so passionate and tragic it leaves longing and wonder deep in our souls. What "sparked" this fascination in Mina Harker from Bram Stoker's original novel? How did her character evolve through the story over time to influence other characters in theatre, movies, novels, and comics? Get to know her character intimately with an all new presentation by Dacre Stoker.

Taught by Kristin Silver of Silvermoon Curiosities, these three classes are suitable for any skill level and include everything needed to create your very own work of art including a complete pinning kit with specimen, supplies, frame, and digital video for continued learning at home!
